Maestros in Hungarian animation

A nice hungarian animation: Five minutes before his big performance, the Maestro and his persistent mechanical assistant are in preparation mode. As the clock ticks, life at the top is not all it seems. The multi award-winning Maestro blends an operatic aria with CG animation.

It's worth to see just wait patiently until the last seconds...

And another hungarian one: Ferenc Rófusz's The Fly received the Oscar in 1981!

If you would like to make an animation it's obligatory to know this!

Hungarian poetry of today

Today I met a young hungarian poet selling his soul :)...or at least the poems of it. It was my pleasure to give all my coins to this guy for two nice poems, which - he also did not know - will give maybe my next inspiration... you can never know...

'...Nyugalom lepi el a szívem.
A pusztult díszlet mögött lassan,
vörösen nyugszik le a Nap.
S egy turista - a vak -
örökíti, mit lát, - a követ,
s kihagyja a legfontosabbat,
- az Életet.'

To support hungarian poetry more, here is the page of this guy called Endre Fabók:
www.fabokendre.5mp.eu

but I think you will only enjoy it if you know a bit of hungarian...sorry...

anyway between poetry and painting there was always a nice connection... I know that I could not write poems...sometimes it's also hard to express myself in Hungarian :), but I always appreciated art in any way... according to my favorite saying: there's art in everywhere, you just have to find it...and it will make your word a bit better, nicer, happier...doesn't matter what the others say...

so thanks for (everybody) showing your art (your way of life) which helps me to get a bit closer to mine... also in the road to find my own voice...

Prague - Alfons Mucha

If you plan to go to Prague, it's worth time to lose yourself a bit in the art of the town... after 10 seconds I am sure you find a nice ateliere or gallery.

I simply just got addicted to an artist called Alfons Mucha here (www.mucha.cz) - especially two of his paintings:

The dance and the summer - maybe the two best of Mucha and for the first sight I thought that 'pfuff... it's easy... I can make it, too...', but to tell you the truth I try to make a similar painting like this since a month and I realized that I can make a copy easily, but to find out a new masterpiece - mixing his and my style - it seems to be a never ending story now...

Anyway I hope soon I will finish something :)

Painting...Glass blowing...Scholarship search...

Last year I spent half-year in Denmark, where I studed painting and glass blowing from the best and nicest teachers ever...

You can find their page here:
www.stamp.jellingnet.dk
www.erikmeaker.com

and I have to show You the best glass artist's masterpieces :) --> click on the link: Vibeke Skov

Unfortunately this time was not enough for getting a professional, but since that time I am looking for the opportunities to continue this kind of art.

You can see some of my pictures on picasa from this period...

I can only recommend to everyone to try to get a scholarship like this in Denmark; but if you know any other like this Cirius...anywhere in the world... please tell me!!! :)

I would like to do the best blog :)

I don't really know much about how to design my blog best, but I'm in the learning and searching period now... be a bit patient :)

I found a page about the 100 best blogs:
http://www.hongkiat.com/blog/100-nice-and-beautiful-blog-design/

I hope to make mine at least for me the best...
Every help is appreciated :)

Have a nice day everybody.

As soon as I will be able to organize all my pictures on my computer... I will share them in groups (paintings...photos...) and I am interested about comments from everyone...

But until that time here's the first challenger.... taken about my cat, Bogyó:
